This notice explains how Wimpy Client handles personal data when you visit this website, buy a plan, or ask for support. For privacy questions, contact us through Discord on the Support page.

Depending on how you use Wimpy Client, we may process:

• Email address and name you enter at checkout.
• Country or region, inferred from your connection.
• Order details (plan, amount, date, payment status).
• Messages you send us on Discord, including screenshots you attach.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to run and secure the site.

Card numbers and bank details are collected by our checkout provider, not stored by us.

• To take payment, issue access, and send receipts.
• To answer support questions and prevent abuse.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We rely on performing a contract (your purchase), legitimate interests (security and support), and legal obligations (tax and accounting) where those apply. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.

Checkout and invoicing run through a third-party payment provider. Hosting, email, and Discord may also process data you send through those services. We do not sell your personal data.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for access, support, tax, and accounting. Support messages stay as long as the conversation is useful, then we delete or anonymise them when we can. Server logs are kept only for a short period unless we need them for security.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and in some cases to receive a copy or object to processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This site uses cookies or similar storage that are needed to run the page and checkout. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Wimpy Client is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have data about a child, tell us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
