Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wimpy Client website, software, and related services (together, “Wimpy Client”). By buying a plan, downloading the client, or using this site, you agree to them.

Wimpy Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Minecraft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Wimpy Client is a third-party overlay and utility client for Minecraft. You still need a legitimate Minecraft account and the game itself. We do not sell Minecraft.

Features, availability, and supported game versions can change. We may add, change, or remove tools as the game and servers evolve.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wimpy Client for the period of your plan:

• Free trial — temporary access after completing the ad unlock link, for one day from first use, once per computer.
• Monthly — access while your Mollie subscription stays active; billed every month until you cancel.
• Lifetime — ongoing access for as long as we operate the product, not a sale of the software itself.

You may not resell, share, rent, or sublicense your access. One purchase is for you, not a group.

• You are responsible for how you use the client on any server, including that server’s rules.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or redistribute the client.
• Do not attack, scrape, or disrupt our website, accounts, or other customers.
• Keep your checkout email so we can find your order if you need help.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay, including tax where it applies. Currency can vary by country. Checkout is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. EU and UK consumer rights still apply where the law gives you those rights.

We aim to keep the site, checkout, and client usable, but we do not guarantee uptime, compatibility with every server, or that a specific feature will exist forever. Minecraft updates can break things; we will fix what we reasonably can.

Wimpy Client is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost progress, bans on third-party servers, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch or EU law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, except where the law requires extra notice or consent.
