If a charge looks wrong, open a Discord ticket with the email you used at checkout and we will look it up.

Lost your key? Use /recover with the checkout email or Mollie payment ID. HWID resets go through Discord.

Keybinds, overlays, and HUD questions belong in Discord so we can see screenshots and version.
